If you live here in Northern Virginia, chances are your calendar is full. Even so, it is extremely important that you make time to dedicate to your spiritual health. If you spend 20 minutes a day in physical excercise, then you should spend at least that long letting God speak to you through His Word so you can remain spiritually fit. Because we realize that time is valuable, our committment is that if you make the effort to attend SHBC for any event, we will do our best to make it worth your time. K'motion Kids

K'motion is teaching done at a level that kids ages 6-12 can understand and apply. Our K'motion program is so good that your kids will run to K'motion. k-5th gradeers meet in Koinonia Hall on the 1st level and 6th-7th graders meet on the 3rd Level. K'motion also plans other events.
